The storm grate has been eroded around the edge and there is a large hole on the side. This should be filled in as soon as possible so that someone does not accidentally step inside and twist their leg or ankle. I noticed the hole a few days ago but it seems to have gotten bigger and bigger. Thanks!
After moderate to heavy rain, our storm sewer does not drain properly. Front yard and driveway are flooded regularly. Some drainage work has been done in our neighborhood by the city, but not on Post Rd.

During heavy rain, storm drain is not draining fast enough
Customer says water is coming into basement from underground, not sure why. Please check on this.
Hole in the ground by loading dock has water running out of it.
Customer says there is blockage in his sewer line, and wants City to clean.
Customer wants storm drains South of 1431 Kinser to 17th Street cleaned
Customer asked that a supervisor call him. He had some questions in regard to some sewer lines.
Customer has brown water and toilets will not flush.
