From Complainant Davon Patton: Hello, I contacted the NAACP about a retaliatory arrest for the Education Department and my accusations of police misconduct in 2018 and was advised to contact you once the dispute with the school was adjudicated. After doing some research on my claims the statute of limitations starts on the date of the occured action. For example; the statute of limitations on my false arrest claim began to accrue when i was arrested. The only claim that begins to accrue after the charges are dropped is malicious prosecution as one of the elements is a termination of a prosecution in my favor. I am preparing to file a suit pro se while my claims are still fresh but would like assistance finding a pro bono or contingency based lawyer and a statement from the NAACP in support of the lawsuit. My claims are as follows: 1. Free speech retaliation (Denying my petition for reinstatement in March 2018 was out of Retaliation for whistleblowing and accusations of discrimination and police misconduct) 2. Violations of Title IV of the Civil rights act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation act of 1974(Denying my petition in March 2018 was discriminatory) 3. Spoliation of Evidence(The IUPD omitted exonerating evidence from discovery) 4. Perjury (The IUPD committed perjury by including false statements in a probable cause affidavit and showed reckless disregard for the truth) 5. Defamation (The IUPD and university officials defamed me of my character by lying about the emails to the department of education and by filing false charges against me) 6. False Arrest (The University had me arrested on a false arrest warrant alleging intimidation for sending the provost a Kanye West Song) 7. Retaliatory arrest (I was arrested in June of 2018 for engaging in free speech and federal protected activities) 8. Retaliatory prosecution (I am being prosecuted out of retaliation for free speech and engaging in federal protected activities 9. Vindictive Prosecution (I was arrested and prosecuted because of racial animus). 10. Intentional Inflection of emotion distress 11. Abuse of Legal Process (I was prosecuted for illegal motives) 12. obstructing a pending proceeding before Congress or a federal administrative agency(I was arrested out of retaliation for the department of education) 13. conspiracy to injure using unlawful means(school has letter from therapist talking about how I’ve recovered from the trauma of being wrongfully arrested in 2016 University again wrongfully arrests and prosecutes me in 2018) Claims waiting to be filed: 1. (Malicious prosecution will be amended to complaint once charges are dropped at the time of this complaint my lawyer is getting ready to file a motion to dismiss on multiple grounds) 2. It is my understanding, that the Bloomington Recruiting officers have had multiple incidents with unauthorized/unethical relationships with High School Students, within the surrounding Indiana school district. There has been issue's coming out of IU Campus, Bedford High School, Bloomington South High school, and Brown County High School. Recruiters are being allowed to enter these High Schools (some through the JAG program) others through recruiting events.and through this events, they are able to nurture unauthorized relationships with the high school students during instructional time. It is my understanding that the teachers and staff were notified of the inappropiate conduct but nothing has been done about. As a parent, it is concerning that we are "forced by law" to send our children to school where these adults are being given repeated access and opportunty to our young girls.

One of The boys was recently expelled from school for allegedly touching a girl the incidents didnt even take place on school grounds. Oh but When I'm done with doing my investigation and helpng this family out. They will regret their descion.

1508 W. 11th is going to be sold in a Sheriff Sale on Oct 18th. Contractors for the lawyer/bank who repossessed the property due to the death of the owner have already cleaned out the house and have been keeping the property mowed. However, because the house is vacant, the neighbors to the east (1506), have been stacking/throwing trash, debris, etc. into the house. It is just packed with it. This is absolutely unfair to any potential buyer of 1508 as they will have to pay for the removal of this garbage once they purchase the property. 1506 needs to dispose of their own damn trash.

This picture was taken on 10/10 at 12:24 AM at the corner of Kirkwood/Dunn. The truck is called, "Smoked," and I do not see them as a registered truck on the list. I talked, "Ken," who said he and his wife own the truck and showed me a valid handicapped permit. I didn't get Ken's contact info or license plate.

Bill Alonzo Vance, Jr: Hi my name is Nicole Franklin emailing you about the allegations that I made against my job Brookdale Senior living in Bloomington Indiana in October 2019 I made a complaint at Brookdale headquarters against my administrative which is my boss a sheriff who was filling in she came from corporate in October she was just filling in until they found someone new I made a complaint against her in October her name is Cheryl and it was told by someone at that 1-800 number will I made the complainant when I call back to get update told me that the complaint went to my boss so I figured the complaint got stop right there I made a second complaint in January against my boss for discrimination two weeks went by also in the second complaint I stated that I might be losing my job over making these complaints against my boss someone from corporate in the second complaint I made was against my boss by the name of Cheryl two or three weeks went by I got a call from a Cheryl Jones from corporate while I'm at work saying I need to talk to you I'm holding investigation I said okay that's good now they finally looking into this matter she said I can't talk to you while you at work I'm going to have to talk to you when you leave work she sent me an e-mail told me that she would talk to me on Thursday at 1:30 I took the phone call at 1:30 I was off of work then she stated to me we're investigating you because we had a phone call come in and said you wanted to kill your white boss we no longer want you to go to work while we're holding this investigation and you will be on leave with pay until this matter gets handled and detectives will be notifying you about this threat this was two weeks ago I called Cheryl today Cheryl Jones to ask her am I getting paid on Friday still Cheryl informed me that the investigation is over we did not involve the police we handled it ourselves and we determined that you did make the threat and you no longer have your job and no you will not be getting paid after telling me while the investigation would be going on that I will be receiving my pay she never addressed the real issue about the complaints I made now the tables have turned and I'm the aggressor and I'm the one with the horrible allegations made against me saying that no Nicole we know you didn't make the threat but someone called said you wanted your boss killed your white boss so they're saying I never made the allegations they send someone called up there and made it and when I spoke with her today she said we held an investigation and we determined you did threaten a resident I said wait a minute hold on I thought you said I threatened my boss so she stumbled when she realized that I caught her in a lie by saying the residents did say that you threaten them I thought at first she said I threatened my boss no police were never involved if I was a big company like Brookdale Senior living I would have involved the police that was sounds like a serious matter to me and then they did make a determination on their own and leave me with that stinking stigma and I lose my 401k my stocks my bonds in my medical this is a serious matter I take it to be serious I knew this was going to happen once I made those racial complaints against my Caucasian boss that I will pay a price for it and now I'm feeling further discriminated against after I made the complaint now I have lost my livelihood and now my car gets repossessed next week because I can't pay my bills in in their system I have a way to check I am still an active employee as of today I don't feel which they're doing is right against me and I knew that it was a price that I was going to pay for making those type of allegations about racism America rather turn the other cheek than fix the problem and I stated that in my complaint when I made it the second time I was assessed for a pay raise 3 weeks ago and I was assessed as a team player I was in put it this way they assessed me as being a five star team player but my boss who I made the allegations against who only knew me since October she put down on there that I speak rudely to my other employees that I work with so that's when I made the second allegation against her because I believe she stereotyped me in my assessment I got along with all residents they love me the people that I work with swore that they will make statement saying that they see the discrimination against me now she have made them turn on me they have deleted me as a Facebook friends of course they're going to stick together at the end of the day they always do the other race at the end of the day they going to stick together but I'm still going to see if I could take them all on The Steve wilkos for a lie detector test I take this matter very serious very very serious
