This complaint was emailed to Nancy Axsom (in engineering dept.) from the customer to remove debris from storm sewer ditch. Nancy told customer he was on a list to have debris removed. She notified the customer by email of this and emailed me a copy of the emails.

885 S Woodscrest Dr. 9-6-13 Mr Debruicker saw me working on Woodscrest and asked me if I could look over a washed out area in the grass ditch along his property frontage at 885 S Woodscrest Dr.
