I live on W Smith Avenue in Bloomington Indiana and this is a brief clip of the construction that continues to go on literally steps outside my apartment. I am shooting this video from just inside my door. I am most concerned with the extreme noise pollution that has to violate the noise ordinance, not to mention the safety hazard and risk management nightmare presented by the fact that less than 5 feet and some yellow caution tape separates my front step and a 15+ foot drop. We have not been contacted by anyone working on this project or any city officials, except that we were notified by our landlord that they afraid that our 'car was going to fall into the hole.' Since the end of the construction on 17th St, a crosswalk sign along with its pole has been lying on the ground. Several times, because it was an obstacle on the sidepath, I moved it to the side. The crosswalk is over 17th St just east of N Arlington Park Dr. It has curb cuts for a cross walk while it's not painted in the street. The sign should be either put up or taken away.

There is a construction sign that was left in our yard from some work that was being done in the neighborhood awhile ago. I think it had to do with laying fiber, but I'm not sure. Can this sign be picked up?

The road/sidewalk construction crew sprayed concrete on my car as I was driving down the street. I assume they were cleaning out the cement truck, but ended up spraying the hose as I drove by splattering my car with cement and rocks. I think it will all wipe off and not harden on the car, but I'm not exactly happy about it or having to clean it up.
