The traffic light at the intersection of Adams St and Bloomfield Rd/Second St. is improperly adjusted. There is very light traffic from Adams St, but the traffic signal is set as if Adams St had similar traffic as Second St/Bloomfield Rd. This problem causes needless traffic backups on Bloomfield Rd/Second St, resulting in increased pollution from vehicles sitting at the traffic signal when there is no traffic from Adams St. Please send someone to view activity at this location, and adjust the signal so that it changes only when there are vehicles waiting on Adams St.

Left turn arrow for northbound Walnut Street at Hillside intermittently cycles green when no cars are turning left onto West Hillside. This doesn't happen every cycle, but I notice it about once a week when going through the intersection.

The new pedestrian crossing signals on South Walnut are programmed to take too long. The flashing yellow takes too long and half the motorists come to a stop while others continue thru the yellow to beat it. This becomes dangerous because pedestrians see certain cars slowing and stopping and begin to cross. I've seen folks almost get hit. Then the lights go solid red, oftentimes after the pedestrians have already crossed the road. Then the flashing red is too long, confusing many motorists who can't read or understand the sign. The entire sequence needs to be shortened for safety sake.

The turn lights are very short. They only let maybe 3 cars through before it changes. This is especially an issue in the mornings when traffic is heavy. The worst light is when you pull out of Kroger and head towards 45 bypass

I was facing East on Indiana 45 and turning left (North) onto Kinser Pike. I didn't make the green left turn arrow and ended up in the middle of the intersection waiting to make an unprotected left. My light turned red but oncoming traffic still had a green, the oncoming turn lane got a green arrow. I was unable to clear the intersection, was unable to back up with cars behind me, and was blocking traffic from Kinser Pike when they got a green light.
This is dangerous, I had assumed that oncoming traffic also had a red and would stop (as it had been for years), I was starting to clear the intersection by making the left when I realized oncoming cars weren't stopping.
A turn lane where unprotected turns are allowed should not get a red while oncoming traffic still has a green.

The "walk" signals for crossing Third Street at High and Bryan Avenues never gave us the walk signal despite having pressed the pedestrian crossing buttons several times, and sitting through several cycles of the stoplight(s). This was both crossing Third Street heading north onto Bryan, as well as crossing Third Street south onto High.
