I would like to know whether the alley behind my house and 1000-1002 E. Atwater legally continues through and across Hawthorne, as the alley does continue between Hunter and Atwater past Hawthorne. After parking four cars in the alley, these left and a single car was left in the alley, as well as the private basketballhoop that should not be stored in the public alley. Request No parking sign to be placed here as well as removal of stored basketball hoop and pails with iron fenceholders. Illegal frat uses alley as private storage and parking lot.

Tall metal tower behind house (radio tower?) appears to be old, and the bottom of the tower is overgrown with vegetation. It's an eyesore at best and probably a hazard.

I have been a teacher at the Project School for 3 years now and we are in desperate need of more clear signage that Smith Ave is a one way street going west, especially now that Chocolate Moose has started food truck fridays again. I'm guessing because of the bike lane and the stop sign going East it may confuse drivers, but I think we need paint on the road with arrows and more one way signage.

I strongly feel there are many streets in Bloomington that are not sufficiently lit and pose danger to drivers and pedestrians. Many side streets off of Third Street Woodlawn, Faculty, Arbutus, Rose, and others have almost no light once you turn off from Third Street. This makes it difficult to see pedestrians and increases the chance of accidents.
