Our trash did not get picked up this Thursday (10/28/21). There were two bags of trash inside. All trash was bagged and the trash bin was placed on the curb the night before and 4+ feet from any other objects.

The trash collectors threw the garbage can in my garden. My neighbors, who enjoy my garden, took this photo and sent it to me. They were upset to see the flowers and herbs on front wall crushed. These plantings are for the enjoyment of the neighborhood and to support pollinators.
Full trash cans spreading loose debris around yard and street. Piles up trash bags. Small trash can on porch. Smashed recliner chair sitting in back yard(northside). My garbage can is missing. I think my neighbor took it because now he has two trash cans. Is there any way to prove if one of his cans is mine?
