Home between S Walnut and E Washington, east of my apartment has rats coming out from the building. Garbage is piled up on the ground and around the building, creating an infestation of rats. I have seen them and heard them now in the walls of my building and have reported this to Brawley Property Management as well.
Someone stole my trash cart within the past several days. How can I get it replaced? (And who steals a trash cart anyway?! Good grief.)
Follow up on ticket 185883. See the picture, The talk did no good, they missed trash pickup again and more trash is strewn about.

Excessive trash and furniture dumped at front and rear of prpoerty
Observed city sanitation personnel leaving trash in their wake as they did the weekly collection. I had guessed this was happening, but finally saw with my own eyes. Often they leave the emptied bins in lanes of travel as well, when the bins were not set in the road. FYI - just hoping this can be improved so our neighborhood is free of litter.
Hi. This is a friendly note to tell you that the new 4th Street Garage has a trash can on the exteror, Southwest corner, that hasn't been emptied since it was first placed there. It's definetely full and is in need of being emptied. I've mentioned this twice to parking garage attendants (via video chat at the exit) but wanted to be sure someone is aware. Thanks very much. Homeless camp on hill side not sure if active but a lot of trash on the property
Homeless people sleeping in the woods across from the residence townhomes. They're making residents feel unsafe and unable to sit on their porches. They're leaving tremendous amounts of trash and human waste in the entire area. Have contacted police multiple times to report the trespassing.
