I own the property located at 1005 N. Jackson St, 47404. Shortly after purchasing the property the house next door burned down. We felt very fortunate that our house was not damaged. The house was demolished, however, shortly after demolishing the house someone has set up a tent on the lot and multiple people have been seen using the tent. There is trash surrounding the tent. Though we have not seen a fire there is what appears to be a makeshift fire pit. We use this property as a short term rental and it has the proper permits. I am personally concerned about the safety of my wife who spends some of her days working on improvements within the property. Obviously concerned about the impact on our ability to rent the home with the above described situation. I'm not sure what can be done but after reviewing the code it does not seem like this fits the intended use of the property. I am also empathetic to the rise of homelessness in our community, but this is a residential neighborhood and for the safety of all community members something should be done. We dodged a serious issue when the house burnt down and worry we may not be so lucky if something happens again. Thanks for your attention to this matter, please reach out with any questions. There is so much garbage outside this house, the house looks like it's falling down and I think an older lady and children live here. I own the houses next to this and it is VERY much negatively impacting our life. PLEASE do something!

There is a loud rumbling noise coming from Carlise factory since 10pm Sunday December 5 that is causing shaking of my house and vibrations that can be felt inside. Noise from the factory has been an ongoing issue, but it has been increasing in volume and intensity for a few months. The factory was quiet yesterday during the day (Sunda) bu the noise and reverberations that began at 10pm last night has been the worst yet. I'm concerned for my personal safety, but also for the structure of my house and utilities - especially gas lines.

Abandoned pool at abandoned house full of liquid containing unknown substances. No covering which allowed for children and animals to fall in.

1301 Woodhill Dr and 815 S. Larkspur Ln, both owned by Pendragon Properties have been vacant for weeks now. It is common practice for Pendragon it seems to leave windows open (presumably because they turn off HVAC to save costs?), and it has been humid and rainy increasing the chances of Black Mold and other issues related to moisture. This is not something new, and has been observed on these same properties an others in the neighborhood numerous times over the years. They are currently showing the houses to rent to (i.e. scam) new tenants, and it seems best if people were informed of their problems or if possible for the houses to be inspected. (Presumably, knowing Pendragon, there are other problems as well.)
