This is a part of a sidewalk on Winslow between Henderson and Piccadilly and is on the south side of Winslow. It has been like this for a few years, has been previously reported by me and our HOA at Sherwood Green with nothing done. Many people walk/run/skateboard/bike on this sidewalk. There is a man in a wheel chair who uses this sidewalk. It is particularly hazardous during winter with the ice/snow. Please fix this!

These tenants never put back their trash and recycling bins. The sidewalk is narrow and the road busy. I sometimes have to take my dog into busy 3rd St. to get around the bins. Problem is at 411 3rd St. and has been an ongoing problem.

Hi, W 3rd just before Roselawn cemetary, there is an alley that leads to 4th St. It would be great to have a sign that faces W with a bike on it pointing toward 4th St. It would help bicyclists coming from Patterson addition and the soon-to-be affordable project at Walker, cycle on 4th St to town and IU rather than going the wrong way on 3rd Street. The alleyway between Davison and Walker and Walker and Buckner we have many potholes in them. It is the alleyway closest to W. 3rd St.

I walk downtown early morning and have noticed there is much more trash laying around than normal. There used to be a couple of city workers out every day picking up the trash, but it seems like this is no longer happening.
