Referencing Case#169529 I'm sorry. I realize the situation of the owner, but it has been a long time. Swifter action would have been taken in another part of the City. That is not fair or equitable to other property owners living in the area. Trucks are using their engine brakes on the bypass/College Mall Rd. It's very loud. I can hear them inside my house. Perhaps the police department could help restrict the use of engine brakes in this residential area.
