Regarding ticket #168173 says it was resolved, but is not. issue remains. Need runoff dug to correct drop. From previous report "Insufficient runoff drainage on the East side of S. Meadowbrook Dr in Parkridge East between 111 S. Meadowbrook drive and the 101 S Meadowbrook Dr causing significant backups and flooding for residents. Particularly the runoff drainage ditch is blocking the culvert in front of 111 S. Meadowbrook. Picture attached. Request the drainage ditch be deepened in this area so that the culvert is unblocked and provides sufficient slope to keep water flowing toward E. Morningside runoff drainage."

I own and live in a property at 118 N. Jackson St. The alley that runs directly by our home (runs parallel between Kirkwood and 6th Street) has become extremely overgrown in the last two years. It's often a dumping ground for clothes, junk and drugs (yes, I have photos of various people hiding items in the brush for others to retrieve). Heretofore, my girlfriend and I are the only people picking things up when clothes and junk are dumped in the alley. I would love a city clean up of brush, limbs, overgrowth and trash and feel like a better looking alley would not lend itself to discarded items so often. I've included one photo from my kitchen window of one (of several) instances in which a seemingly homeless man was hiding/exchanging items in the brush for (what i assume must be) other individuals to find. I of course realize this alley is never going to get a garden award but do believe shaping it up and removing much of the brush would help this situation greatly.

I would like to report that "no parking this side" signs are missing from the west side of N Washington St (between 15th St and 16th St). The street is currently marked for what I believe will be new neighborhood parking permit signs, but I think replacing the "no parking this side" signs is more appropriate (given the width of the street).

I talked to the crew when they came through and they told me our trees were not dropped enough for the scheduled collection and they would return in the near future. To: Office of the Mayor These scooters (see image) are parked in spaces where my residents need to park for several days now. I already moved them closer to the street several times. This location does not have a walkway (307 19th Street), they should not be parked in private property. I called the police, but they have suggested to open a complaint in your office. Hi! The street sign for West 6th Street and Pine Street has been leaning precipitously and looks to be close to falling down. The bar holding up the signs itself is OK, but the green signs on the top with white lettering indicating the street names is the part that looks like it's about to fall off. Would it be possible to send someone soon to fix it before it does? Thank you very much!

I live between Kenwood Dr. and 16th Street where it intersects with Madison Avenue. Kenwood Dr. and 16th street are both very small, and I have a couple of reasons to think that they should be made one ways. I have had multiple times where I have been trying to turn into Kenwood Dr. from Madison, and had a car blocking my way because they were coming out that way. Similarly, I have not been able to get into my parking lot on 16th street because of someone coming from Madison as I was coming in from Woodburn Avenue. It would really help the flow of traffic if there were one way signs, and clearer street signs in this area, and prevent traffic blocks on these small roads. On Kenwood drive, there is an apartment complex with diagonal parking, facing east. I have noticed that the car on the end has a lot of dings, from people turning into their car. I think this is happening because of the fact that when another car is blocking your way, you have to make a wide turn into Kenwood Dr. and then the person's car is in the crossfire. I hope this is clear enough evidence and that it will be taken into consideration.
