Bushes blocking street, making it dangerous for driving

A trampoline has been placed in the public ROW between the street and sidewalk. This is a hazard to drivers as well as people using the trampoline.

The bushes are growing out into the sidewalk and into the alley. A man and small child going down the sidewalk had to walk in the street to get by. Also when trying to pull from the alley you have to pull out into Rogers to see if traffic is coming.

Ms. Epperson called to see if City cld. cut down large branches from trees that are restricting use of her driveway. Also, she noted there are electrical wires & telephone lines that the branches "knock" into, presenting a hazard to herself & others in area. We have received 2 complaints about the alley being blocked adjacent to this property. The alley runs north and south and is between Fatih Akin's junkyard and the mixed-use building on the corner. The overgrowth is from Akin's property. Justin, Lisa told me to assign this one to Adrian but the system won't let me.
