my address 515 1/2 W Howe st. Bloomington 47403. I have recently noticed decreased water pressure at least half or more at all hours of the day. I have no leaks in my home and am unsure which meter is mine but it does not appear to be spinning. I am unsure of who to contact the city or my landlord. Citizen (Mark Land) apparently contacted Utilities before but was not satisfied with the response-- he missed a water payment because he was on vacation and is upset that the situation cannot immediately be fixed. He already paid the past due balance, but water was shut off. He was told it could be turned back on by 6 or by tomorrow, and he just wants it on sooner rather than later. Call (812) 272-1500. Noticed water on top of the water meter in my parent's front yard at 3221 N Kingsley Drive, 47404. Could there be a leak at the water meter?
I was walking my dog today at 5:30 5:40 and walked on the yard in front of my house and I fell through the manhole cover in the water system the lid for the manhole where the water supply is located was obviously horrifically play inaccurately placed and is leading to it being removed and I stepped on it and fell through and hurt myself so this needs to be repaired as soon as possible
