There are 3-4 moderate sized pot holes on the west side of this street. This area of the street has a significant slope with no drainage and consistently collects water, sludge, sand, etc which contributes to the deterioration of the asphalt. I have shoveled sand, etc many times from this area. This same problem is occurring in front of the house two houses north of this address. Would really be helpful to have some sort of correction to this if possible. Thank you.

This is the address of our neighbors. They have several dead trees with very large limbs that fall on our house, cars, and in our yard. We have made attempts to speak with them via knocking and letters all to no avail. These trees are dangerous and could fall and injure anyone in my family, my house, or our cars at any time. we need to know what can be done about this issue.

When we get a quick rain the shower downstairs backs up. I was concerned that it was an issue in my pipes but have had the drain snaked. Also I can turn on the shower and let it run for a while. It only happens when it rains and seems that it is getting worse. It's pretty nasty to clean up every time it rains. Is there anything the city can help me with on this issue?

While we do have a pothole at the edge of our driveway that extends into the culdesac and city street one which we live, I'm reporting here a request to extend the curb in the culdesac to the area in front of our house. I have sent in a few requests over the years to the City of Bloomington to get the curb extended and have never heard back. We regularly have folks parking in our yard (probably inadvertently), causing further erosion issues in our yard. Thank you.

Subject: Re: uReport Case #162510 - 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention Mike Arnold -- An update from a coupe weeks past on this address, I have been been busy or else would have sent a message sooner. 2/10/18: I reported to Bloomington Police the north, back of house, doors open. Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. need an accurate street sign on both ends of East Park Lane. The present sign is: "park lane". This will confuse fire trucks and ambulances. I have already experienced this. Apparently there are other Park Lanes in the City so we must distinguish East from the rest.

Tenant recycles for a living, but he stores stuff all over his front and side yards. He also relocates bicycles and scooters. It detracts from the beauty of the neighborhood.
