There are leaves in Park Ridge Park again. It is a lot less than last time, but still significant. Sanitation still hasn't done the second round of leaf pick up in the area so there is still a chance to easily remove the leaves (and thus help the park in terms of less erosion and mud production). My leaf blower is broken so I do not anticipate being able to take care of it. If possible, it would be great to have one more round of removal now that all of the leaves are finally down. Thanks!

Thank you for clearing the leaves from Park Ridge Park from the those beautiful but pesky large oak trees. Also, thank you for putting down grassseed and straw to aid in the park grounds maintence, helping to ensure that the park stays great for the next 20 years. The park users, community, and future park users thank you!

Subject: Re: uReport Case #162510 - 3433_E._Third_St._property_needs_owner_attention Mike Arnold -- An update from a coupe weeks past on this address, I have been been busy or else would have sent a message sooner. 2/10/18: I reported to Bloomington Police the north, back of house, doors open. Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. A vehicle swiped the street sign at E Third St and S Pleasant Ridge Rd. The sign is now turned around and damaged.

need an accurate street sign on both ends of East Park Lane. The present sign is: "park lane". This will confuse fire trucks and ambulances. I have already experienced this. Apparently there are other Park Lanes in the City so we must distinguish East from the rest.

Tenant recycles for a living, but he stores stuff all over his front and side yards. He also relocates bicycles and scooters. It detracts from the beauty of the neighborhood.

The house at 3508 E Park Lane has not been inhabited since April or May. There are mounds of junk and trash on the side and in the front of the house. The front yard has been mowed once across the summer but the side yards and the back yard has not been mowed. We have seen an increase in the amount of mosquitos in our neighborhood this summer, it is possible that the back and side yards provide breeding grounds. I would like the city to send a representative to check on this property and require a clean-up. This is not helping us improve the overall value of the neighborhood.
