Trash often around cans in alley for weeks and blowing around the streets. An officer (Kenny?) went today to talk to tenants again about the trash but probably not about the furniture.

1000 & 1002 East Atwater trash 9/5/2017. Photo of construction materials that have been laying in the yard between these 2 houses since October, 2016. The second week of August they were moved behind the dumpster and have remained there spite of repeated requests to clean up the area. I am also questioning why this dumpster is not covered or enclosed on all sides considering the rat problem the neighbors have been experiencing since these properties were purchased by a new owner.

I'd like to address that there is severe mold issues on the pickleball and tennis courts at RCA park. The black mildew/mold issue has caused numerous instances with pickleball play and tennis play becoming a safety issue due to how slippery the surface get's. Many people have been slipping lately because the mold creates a very slippery surface. I'd like to suggest and request that someone comes to take a look at the issues near the back of the courts towards the woods. I have a client who has come to my office to report that there is a lot of garbage that is left around her house and across from her house in an empty lot. The garbage comes from her neighbor and she would like someone tell him he cannot spread his garbage outside of his property. She has confronted him before but he gets angry and irrational. My client has seen he leaves couches and large items in the empty lot in front of their house. She is asking someone please go look at the area and speak to him about this problem.
I have a client that has come to my office to report that her neighbor is scary and has a lot of people at his home constantly. Mostly she would like to report noise complaints. He is very loud at night and has a lot of people always coming to the his home late at night driving motorcycles and it is very disruptive.
The manhole cover to the sewer in front of 1008 S Washington St has not been properly placed, so it wobbles when cars drive over.
A tree in the city easement area behind my parents house at 1009 S. Grant fell down and broke their fence and is now in their yard. I have been unable to find the rules applying to this sort of issue and would greatly appreciate any help for them. Thank you
Question: why do my house plumbing leaks occur when lots of people leave town for vacation? This happens not every vacation, but most of the leaks in my house have occurred like today, at vacation time, or 4th of july, etc. Is it that city water pressure to my house goes up then? Do you try to regulate pressure for this vacation exodus?
