This is in reference to an issue reported back in November - Case 186167. AEG was in our neighborhood in over three months ago, and left a haphazard trail of pipes sticking out of the ground, holes covered with thin sheets of plywood, and yards torn up and muddy. Can our neighborhood please have some sort of an update as to when they will be back to finish the job they started? Will yards be repaired and reseeded by this coming spring?

Asphalt along edge of roadway (Sussex) is crumbling and falling into gutter. I've stacked up a pile of asphalt here in front of 2006 Sussex. The resulting rough transition from the street to the gutter is in need of repair.

There has always been speed limit signs across from my house and my neighbor’s house (2 specifically are no longer there). They have been taken down since all the construction of our new 10 ft sidewalks. They need to be replaced! Many people are driving 40-50 miles an hour down our street now! With our new extra wide sidewalks, our street has heavy pedestrian traffic in addition to the school just down the street. It may also be partly because it looks like a very wide open road with the huge sidewalks, people feel they can go as fast as they want. Trees in right of way have been tagged for removal on S High between Arden and Wimbleton for recreational trail project. Will debris be removed from this? When Duke contractors trimmed trees on opposite side of street they left behind an awful mess.

Townsend, Inc recently cut trees/shrubbery along the west side of High St, under the power lines. They left huge chunks of logs scattered willy nilly all over the side of the road, and it looks absolutely terrible. Many of the logs are up against the fences of the homes backing up to High St., and could become a source of termites, as well as shelter for wildlife that could cause problems by running into the street. I’ve reported multiple dead deer on this stretch of road, hate to have to report more. Please make Townsend or the utility companies rectify this eyesore? Thanks so much.

Is there any grant, funds to update neighborhood street lights? Our neighborhood was built in 1969 and the lights need to be updated. We would love to see the LED lights.

It has been 11 weeks since Millstone tore out my driveway and the sidwalk. It is still an awful mess. 3 weeks ago I got a notice from them that they would be replacing my driveway “this week”. It is still a terrible, muddy mess that struggle to drive through. No progress on the driveways anywhere in 6 days. FFS WHEN is this going to be completed? I want my damned driveway back. It’s almost September.

Tree trimming occurred along High Street a few weeks ago. Some of the debris was removed by the company contracted to do the trimming but much more was left behind. Will further clean-up be done?
