There has been some construction on the trails near the Wesley Sports complex. I use the trail to commute to work by bike every day and noted its bad constitution - especially after heavy rain. I had hope for some improvements but the 'closed for construction' signs have been removed and while the trail is now wider it seems like the construction has been stopped half way. The trail is still very sandy / muddy and parts are very soft so that my bike sinks into the sandy surface which makes it very uncomfortable to rise and also somewhat unsafe. Is the construction already done or just paused?

Was not informed of military exercise that took place overnight from 07Jun to 08Jun. The noise from the plane/chopper was alarming & was loud enough to rattle windows. It also continued extremely late into the night (~ 2:30 am) which was a significant noise disturbance during quiet hours. City did not provide notice that (1) this was going to occur or (2) the timing of the exercise.

The situation along the B-Line trail around the Grimes bridge is out of control. Tents have been setup along the side of the B-Line just north of the bridge. While riding through this area earlier this morning with my 11 year old, we had an individual come out of one these tents and start yelling at us. This does not feel like a safe situation for anyone.

I have been ill with non covid-19 pneumonia and sinus infection for several weeks. I could not have gotten through this period of time if not for the amazing team at Walmart and delivery partners. I know it’s not over but I am feeling so grateful this morning. I am high risk given I’ve been so sick, I’m over weight and I have asthma. They very likely have saved my life. First responders are recognized and given honors by cities all the time so I’m suggesting that someone reach out to or Walmart and all of our local grocery stores at some point so we can bestow some sort of award or honor to these men and women. I’m sure your offices are spread thin right now but at some point I’m the near future I hope this idea will be visited. I would be happy to donate my time any way I can be of use. I am excellent on the phone as I managed a local call center for several years. These workers are not paid well. I believe they need and deserve a huge boost in morale. Local businesses might be willing to give back to them in some way via a discount or free meal etc. Ago at least be acknowledged for the great worth of their hard work and diligence is so very important! Here are some failures: 1) high speed internet 2) clueless about military vehicle acquisition 3) UDO and more generally his `3-ring binder' nonsense 4) mismanagement of farmer's market strife I have never voted for a Republican in 38 year but I'm writing to the GOP to see if they can put forward a moderate.
