Ms. Anton wrote the Council concerned about flyers being placed on her door. She was worried that if they were placed while she was away burlars would know that no one was home. She wanted to know whether we had or would consider an ordinance prohibiting the use of flyers. Do we have any regulations regarding the use of door hanger notices?

She states that neither her nor her husband received any notification that they had to register with the COB, until HAND notified them this summer, stating that you had to register to rent. Letter dated 3/10/04 from Emogene H. Carter for property owned by Harold Carter stated at the end of Jan., Util. ofc. was called to check on overcharge of $28.41. Later, a copy of account breakdown was received confirming overcharge. Correction did not show up in either February or March bill.
