Hi, W 3rd just before Roselawn cemetary, there is an alley that leads to 4th St. It would be great to have a sign that faces W with a bike on it pointing toward 4th St. It would help bicyclists coming from Patterson addition and the soon-to-be affordable project at Walker, cycle on 4th St to town and IU rather than going the wrong way on 3rd Street. I walk downtown early morning and have noticed there is much more trash laying around than normal. There used to be a couple of city workers out every day picking up the trash, but it seems like this is no longer happening.
