THE BUSHES AT THE BACK OF THE THE PROPERTY ARE OVERGROWN NEAR THE ROADWAY. THIS MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE HOUSE BEHIND THE ABOVE ADDRESS TO PULL OUT ONTO THE STREET. Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. She further stated that she does not feel that trash trucks and snow plows are not able to access this street.(address is approximate for complaint entry

Citizen states that if you are going east on Davis Street and turn to go north on Henderson there is a hedge that obstructs your line of sight. The property has changed ownership and the former owner trimmed the hedge. The people there now have not trimmed it and it has grown up pretty far.

There is a line of sight problem at the north-south alley, between Lincoln and Grant, that comes out onto E. Hillside Drive. When you are pulling out onto E. Hillside and looking to the right you cannot see oncoming traffic.
