Crescent Union Apts and Stryker Towing my vehicle was parked in visitors with proper tags ect...parked 3am by 11am it was gone. Stryker stated the leasing office requested it towed claimed flat tire.. it wasnt flat when I parked it there. The lot was riddled with broken glass. They also claim two vehicles same as mine both towed within 48 hrs timeframe...so many people whom already face financial hardship are getting their transportation taken and unable to pay fees. After two days it was already $265... that day I called was told they'd get back with me no one was there at lot to release my vehicle. It's now $1350 I'm medically frail and now stranded here homeless no way to get back to my hometown. Please help? Cresent Union Leasing Office requested my vehicle to be towed without any warning. My 2001 Chevy Tahoe was parked legally and within apts guidelines parked in their visitors parking lot approx 3am on or about June 17 and by noon the next day vehicle was gone. Stryker stated they requested the tow and when he arrived my back passenger tire was flat. Tire wasn't flat when I parked. I now have several photographs date time stamped their lot several piles of broken glass multiple days with no clean up. Unbeknownst to me when I parked and with no time to see or attempt to fix tire. So many stories of tenants and guest vehicles being towed at this complex people whom are already experiencing financial hardship lol sing your transportation...new management since. 2 security patrol vehicles for the b line trail were pulled over on the trail smoking cigarettes. Not good for people like myself with asthma. Not good for encouraging citizens not to smoke on the trail.

Dayton Freight driver noted multiple individuals smoking cigarettes and one smoking a marijuana vape while waiting to be unloaded. Driver stated male 6'0 white beard and hair, skinny, late 40s. Driver has told Carlilse management who is looking into it as of a year ago with no resolution. Have seen others smoking while delivering or picking up

Hello - I am reporting a noise violation that I have previously reported to the City. I do not want to burden the police department with this, as I believe it can be worked out in a reasonable manner. The Royal Toyota South car lot on Walnut is a noise violation according to City Ordinances. I first reported this problem in December 2017 (Ureport Case #162088). The case is marked as "resolved" although the phone continues to ring just as loud and just as frequently to this day. Since that time, I have determined the City simply does not care. Business with multiple locations and money in town, versus lowly homeowner. I decided to report it again today because the phone has been ringing quite a bit lately. A review of City Ordinance 14.09.040 does not show this as a valid exemption. Under 14.09.030(c)(4) a loudspeaker is a prohibited noise. Also, I have heard this phone ring between the hours of 9pm and 7am previously which "is prima facie evidence of a violation of this section." The car lot has previously acknowledged to the City that this is their phone ringing. I simply want to be afforded the quiet enjoyment of my home and my property free from this incessant noise violation. I am roughly 2,000 feet from this car lot. I also know this is heard on the golf course at the Country Club, more than 3,000 feet from the car lot. The City is allowing one perpetrator to cast a very wide net of annoyance to local residents through a repeated noise violation. Please help those of us on the south side by putting an end to this violation of City ordinances. Thank you. Best, Nick

The Royal Toyota South car lot has a loud speaker that projects its phone ringing for the whole world to hear. I am more than 1,800 feet away from the car lot, through the woods, and can hear the phone ring while in my house listening to music. Between 3:45pm and 4pm today, it rang 12 times. I've read the applicable section of the municipal code, 14.09.030(c)(4). The language that I find applies is, "the sound produced persists . . . intermittently for a period of at least fifteen minutes and can be heard outside of the immediate premises from the location." I have reported this noise violation multiple times with no resolution. Is the solution that I call the police every time the car lot is a nuisance? I do not want to waste the police's limited resources on something that should be easily resolved administratively by the city government (and with technology; can the car lot get a cell phone, a pager, an answering machine, something?). uReport Case #166220 did get referred to the police, who referred the case to city legal in January of 2019. The phone has continued to ring since that time. Can we finally get this issue resolved and bring some peace and quiet to the south side from this incessant noise violation from the car lot? During this past weekend's storms, a tree on city owned property fell and damaged our fence. The tree also damaged an adjoining fence on coty owned property. We have taken pictures, moved the tree and crudely sealed the fences well enough to keep the dog in the yard. What are our next steps?

This school kicked me out because basically there was rumours or "ConCeRns" that I was gay. They kicked me out or didnt let me back in because I never said they were false. They also didnt do CRAP about the bullying situations me and my friends were in. Me and my friends would get in trouble for the most stupid reasons as well. There was an assembly where the lesson was about a woman washing jesus's feet. Me and my friends started laughing because the principle was washing peoples feet for real. Then this science teacher took us into her room which had students inside and made us take our shoes and socks off. Then she basically forced us to let her wash and rub our feet in mop buckets. I deff heard snickering in the back ground but I know damn well they didnt do crap about that.

This past weekend my car was towed by Chandler Towing at 4am Sunday morning. I was staying the night at my partner’s apartment at 406 e 11th st. which is leased by Parker management. I was given verbal consent to park my car there while visiting by an employee at their office when I helped her pick up her keys to the apartment on the 1st of August. Given that it was a holiday weekend and I have no other way to get to work I opted to but the bullet and go get my car before trying to file any complaints. I was charged the legal maximum of $160 dollars which I understand and did not choose to raise any questions at the Chandler office. Afterwards I emailed Parker to ask if they would be willing to either reach out to Chandler to get me a refund or reimburse my partner via deducting that cost from her rent balance next month. I was told that an employee would never tell me I can park here and that they cannot do anything. I understand that given the city ordinance put in place a couple years ago as well as state laws require that I am given 24 hours notice prior to being towed for abandoning my vehicle and the only exception is if there is an emergency OR I am preventing a business from performing as intended. The lot in which I parked has not once been close to full this year so far and I was not preventing other tenants from accessing parking spaces. My car was only there for 8 hours before being towed without notice. The affidavit written by the towing company did not provide any testimony as to what circumstances allowed them to tow my car without a notice. I was also told by the towing company that they do not file police reports when towing a car and I cannot find any legal precedent on this matter. If you have an answer as to whether that is legally required I would appreciate clarification on that matter. If there is a formal way for me to file a complaint on this issue please let me know. I would like to proceed as respectfully as possible while not allowing myself to be taken advantage of. Thank you!
