Citizen says there is a utility cut right where Headley road curves around in front of Headley School (where Matlock becomes Headley). Says its been there for about a month and needs to be filled in. Believes it was City Utilities working there but not sure.
Grass needs cut. Trash/recycleables left for 3 weeks. Mr. Teach said that he complained last week too. See comp. C 1920.

Not out by 5:00 AM. resident said he put recycle out at 8:30-9:00 am because sometimes we don't come until later, I explained the rules of Title 6. He was nice said it was his error and he would put out for next time.
