Rec'd letter from Thomas R. Yeagley, 3911 W. Indian Creek Dr. He wanted to complain about his bill - felt his wastewater charge was too high. He watered his garden and other plantings.
Letter was rec'd. from Mr. Polus who requested that watering credits be based on bills for January and March rather than April and May due to large amounts of watering done early in year.
Mr. Reed stated that he conferred with Mike Bengtson re. costs before he quoted a job. Mr. Bengtson did not quote the sewer connection fee of $1,600.00. Mr. Reed requests that the sewer connection fee of $1,600.00 be returned to him because he was given misinformation.
Ltr. rec'd. from Mark Warner stated that bill at 1412 W. 11th was for $436.75. Mr. Warner feels that was an error and an adjustment should be made. Meter was checked by CBU, and no problem found. Mr. Warner feels that they have paid for bills and should be credited for the estimated bills received.
Letter was received from Mr. Johnson requesting relief from USB for inordinately high water bill received in January 2001 for water lost at 8615 S. Fairfax Road (aircraft storage hangar on grounds of Monroe Co. Airport.
Recd. letter from Jessica Schulman on 10/5 re. large consumption of water in June 2000 and $200.00 bill received. Referred to Customer Service for investigation.
Rec'd. letter from Ann Robinson complaining that rain water stands on parking lot of Highland Village Park causing patrons to step over curbs and that standing water blocks disabled persons' entry into the park. Neighborhood Assn. requests that Utilities Department install a small drain at end of parking and small drainage at large basin on end of Harvey Drive.

Mr. Thomas sent in a letter regarding work that the cable company did in the utility easment behind his home.The cable company cut through a electic line causing damage to appliances in his home that he wishes to be re-payed for the appliances, as well as the bill from Cinergy for the repair of the electic line.The bill will be forwarded to the Construction manager. Mr. Thomas will not have to pay the bill for this, Laura will call on 2-2-00. 2-16-00, Larry Wilkerson handled complaint.
