Semi truck parked in 7-line in front of the health department seemed to think he was doing me a favor by only blocking one lane. He said he would be there a while if you want to go tell him what he was supposed to have done. In any event I think some more flexi-posts on that stretch are warranted. Thanks!
This is a 2 for 1. On the south side of 7th, there is a railroad tie used as a parking barrier from the eastern residence and overgrowth from the western residence.

When it rains, water sheds to the west off the B-Line and drops sediment on the sidewalk along Kirkwood. It seems preferable that the water would shed toward Morton Street where the storm water drains can other job. The sediment deposit from the rain last week is still covering the sidewalk on the north side of Kirkwood.

Truck trailers partially blocking the sidewalk again. First, thank you to the Engineering Department for getting the business to move the truck out of the way of sidewalk when the sidewalk was the official pedestrian route around the Duke construction across the street in August 2023. Thank you! The problem reappeared this morning, now with a second trailer. I am sending this uReport to the Engineering Department, since you were able to get a remedy quickest last time. But please forward this uReport to Parking Services if that will get a remedy sooner.
