The alley that runs between 800 North Grant Street and 415 East 11th Street (connecting East 11th and East 12th streets) is full of potholes and bumps, especially as it gets closer to 11th St. Many of us who live in these buildings have to drive through this alley every day in order to access the parking for our buildings. I know that the condition of this alley has been damaging to the suspension of my car, and I am sure I am not alone in this. I'm sure I speak for many when I say that we would greatly appreciate it if this alleyway were to be re-paved, or at least have some of the deeper potholes and bumps filled in and smoothed out. 404 W Kirkwood Ave, in back of house where parking is - trash all over and growing since last week. This co-op has had issues before with grass growing long, furniture on roof top etc. Now there is trash, broken furniture, plastic and clothing and trash strewn around the back side of the residence. It is an eyesore.

When we get a quick rain the shower downstairs backs up. I was concerned that it was an issue in my pipes but have had the drain snaked. Also I can turn on the shower and let it run for a while. It only happens when it rains and seems that it is getting worse. It's pretty nasty to clean up every time it rains. Is there anything the city can help me with on this issue?

Four city issued trash and recycling containers belonging to 802 W 7th still on sidewalk 24 hours after trash/recycling pickup. Blocking sidewalk on Maple Street at W 7th.

Last year, the section of the sidewalk at Washington and Cottage Grove was replaced, but the workers left a trench in the road that collects water and breeds mosquitos. I couldn't help but notice when similar work was done this summer on 10th street and a layer of pavement was laid alongside the sidewalk to fill the trench there. Probably just an oversight but it'd be nice to get this job completed.

The green painted "bike box" and bike lane entering it are full of gravel and debris. It on the east bound lane of 7th Street just west of College - at the light for 7th.
