Fraudulent business practices continuing to occur at Speedy Wrecker Services LLC, 3170 S. Walnut St., Bloominton, IN 47401. This business specializes in non consensual and predatory towing. Once the car is impounded, they only offer odd hours for pick up, demand cash only payments, and do not collect taxes. The price per tow is over twice the normal rate in town. My son was charged $240.00. He settled via small claims mediation. Two friends since that case have been charged $180.00 each for a tow that should cost $90.00. The Bloomington Police have been contacted on each incident but that doesnt seem to be enough for Speedy Wrecker Service to change their predatory business practices. Is this the type of business Bloomington wants to be known for? This company is a disgrace! I would like to see the Bloomington Parking Commission create some regulatory actions against predatory towing.

Juanita‘s restaurant has recently installed two of these LED security lights illuminating their parking lots. They produce at least 20,000 lm each. I live a block away, And I can literally read a newspaper from the light that comes through my window. I believe the luminosity of these lights is in violation of city code for lumens per acre.

A business has moved into the former Sterling Glass building at this address. They have placed a large blue dumpster on the lawn at the west edge of their property. According to 20.05.067 of the UDO this dumpster is supposed to be enclosed and on pavement. The property is zoned CG.

Please help me Verify Alpha Books Solutions in the Philippines To whom this may concern, I am JoAnn Johnson currently residing in Florida. I am emailing to see if you could help me verify the business address of whom I am currently dealing with regards to promoting my book. I will have to spend decent amount of money on this endeavor with them and I don't have any problem paying for travel just to visit their physical office. The stated goal is to develop the downtown as a walkable shopping destination, and there is significant new building esp. on N walnut and college, but the transportation infrastructure sucks for peds and damages the commercial property values. not a single ped xing on walnut/college between 11th and 17th!!

We are the landlord of this commercial building and have a shared alley way. There are two white trash bags leaning against our building (left by students across the alley most likely) - trash is strung out of it due to animals and there is some broken glass as well.
