Homeless people camping in shelters in building and trades park - complete with air mattress, blankets, sleeping bags, bags. Have gotten way to comfortable. I've called central dispatch/non emergency police and nothing seems to happen. Would like to see lights under shelters in the near future to inhibit this behavior. I am a resident on Howe and am getting tired of seeing this and being kept up at night.
Schamltz Farm Park. There's a utility cable crossing the ground on the trail from the neighborhood. AT&T or Comcast likely.
The playground area at Schmalz Farm Park may need some attention. It has begun to be overgrown with weeds and crab grass in the playground area. Thanks in advance for your help!
The eastern-most tree on the tree plot in front of my house is dead. The western-most tree on the tree plot(the tree next to the driveway) has many dead branches, and I fear the whole tree may be dying. Can at least the dead tree be removed? It would be good if the dead branches on the other tree could also be cut down. Thank you, Nancy Boerner

One of those horrible pear trees have fallen over again. Might be more reasonable to just cut them all down and put in new species everywhere.
The water fountain at third street park is not draining. Also, some of the railings around the decorative fountain are loose at their bases.
