About Muddy Fork

Muddy Fork is home to Indiana's only wood-fired bread oven. We use exclusively organic, stone-milled grain in our breads, mostly grown at Janie's Farm in Illinois, much of it milled in house on our stone mill. Our croissants are regarded as among the best in the US and often feature locally-grown fruits and vegetables.

We offer pre-order for Market pickup at our website as well as baking workshops about once a month, which include a pizza lunch made in our brick oven.
