The HAND Update includes information about City programs, services, and events, as well as community news and events. It is published once per month by the Department of Housing and Neighborhood Development, typically during the first week of each month.
If you are from a community organization and would like to submit an article for possible inclusion in The HAND Update, please email your submission to angela.vanrooy@bloomington.in.gov during the last week of the month for inclusion in the following month's edition.
