"Tot Lot" Playground at Bryan Park Open for Use

The City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony today to celebrate the completion of the tot lot playground on the Henderson side of Bryan Park. The new playground includes more swings, enhanced active and passive play areas, shaded seating areas, stroller parking, more park benches and a drinking fountain - accessible for both humans and dogs - located nearby. A public meeting was held last fall to get community feedback and suggestions, which were incorporated into the design of the playground.
