Leaf Bags To Be Made Available To Residents On September 27

Bloomington, IN - Leaf bags will be made available to city residents beginning September 27 at all City Fire Department stations, the Public Works Office at City Hall and the City Sanitation Garage at 3406 S. Walnut Street, according to City of Bloomington Sanitation Director Shelby Walker. The bags, which will be collected on regular trash collection days starting October 1, are reserved strictly for the disposal of leaves and will be picked up free of charge.
Bags will be available in bundles of FIVE during the following hours:
City of Bloomington Fire Stations
Open every day, including weekends
8a.m.-6p.m.
City of Bloomington Public Works Department
Bloomington City Hall
Monday-Friday
8a.m.-5p.m.
City of Bloomington Sanitation Garage
Monday-Friday
6a.m.-2p.m.
