City Announces Trick-or-Treat Hours and Activities for Halloween Holiday

Bloomington, IN -- Mayor Mark Kruzan has announced that designated trick-or-treat hours for this year's Halloween holiday will be Sunday, Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
A webpage -- bloomington.in.gov/halloween -- has been created on the City website featuring the trick-or-treat times, safety tips from the City of Bloomington Police Department, the Animal Shelter's "Barktoberfest" adoption promotion and details about Halloween-themed events hosted by the Parks & Recreation Department.
