City releases bike commuter survey in advance of yearly Bikes Month

Bloomington, Ind. -
The City of Bloomington invites local residents to complete the Bloomington Bike Commuting Survey to help the City prepare for its National Bike to Work Day and Bloomington Bikes Month events, which occur annually in May. The deadline for participation is 5 p.m. on March 1.

Responses from the survey will be used to help determine who is most likely to bike to work as well as the barriers to and benefits of commuting by bike in Bloomington.

The online survey can be found at [http://bloomington.in.gov/bikingevents|http://bloomington.in.gov/bikingevents]. The survey is seven questions long and takes approximately three minutes to complete. All responses are completely anonymous and respondents may exit the survey at any time.
