City to Host Landlord Expo 2015: Are you making the most out of your investment property?

Bloomington, Ind. - The City of Bloomington's Housing and Neighborhood Development Department is hosting a workshop for landlords across the City entitled "Landlord Expo 2015: Are you making the most of your investment property? Come find out how to fill your vacancies." This free workshop will be held on Monday, Oct. 26, 2015 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 401 N. Morton Street.

The Landlord Expo will provide landlords an opportunity to learn about alternative rental programs subsidized through a variety of government agencies. Speakers from several agencies will be on hand to outline program benefits, answer questions and help you identify potential tenants for you investment properties. The Expo gives you an opportunity to pose your questions and get answers from the experts.

Representatives from the following organizations will provide an overview of their programs and remain on hand to answer your questions directly during the open house immediately following the presentations:

  • Housing and Neighborhood Development

  • Bloomington Housing Authority

  • Shalom Community Center

  • Centerstone

  • IU Health Bloomington
