Bloomington, Ind. - The Department of Economic and Sustainable Development will host a Town Hall/Reception to introduce to the community their recent staffing addition: Assistant Director for the Arts Sean Starowitz. Mayor Hamilton, Interim Director of Economic and Sustainable Development Linda Williamson and members of the Arts Commission encourage all those interested in welcoming Starowitz to his new position to join them in City Hall Council Chambers at 401 N.
