City of Bloomington Housing and Neighborhood Development Department to Host 2016 Contractor Expo

Bloomington, Ind. - If you are a construction contractor interested in expanding your business, the City of Bloomington has numerous contracts for hire. Contractors are invited to attend the Housing and Neighborhood Development (HAND) Department for the 2016 Contractor Expo to learn more about opportunities to grow your business and work with the City.

HAND will host the 2016 Contractor Expo on Tuesday, September 13 from 5:30-7pm in the lobby of City Hall at 401 N Morton Street. We will have multiple vendors from around Bloomington and several City departments on hand to answer questions about becoming a construction contractor with the City. Presentations will include an overview of City contracts, liability insurance requirements, becoming a City vendor and licensing requirements necessary to work with the City.
