Bloomington, Ind. - City of Bloomington Corporation Counsel Philippa Guthrie and Controller Jeff Underwood have called a press conference for Monday, November 21. The event will take place at 3:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 401 N. Morton Street.
