January 26 Traveling Town Hall Moves to Zoom Due to Anticipated Winter Storm
Out of an abundance of caution due to the anticipated winter storm, the Traveling Town Hall scheduled for Monday, January 26, will now be held virtually via Zoom. Mayor Kerry Thomson, Katherine Zaiger, Director of City of Bloomington Utilities, and Councilmember Isabel Piedmont-Smith will host the online event on Monday, January 26, from 6 to 7 p.m.
Traveling Town Halls are designed to give residents the opportunity to connect directly with local leaders, ask questions, and learn more about City projects and initiatives. The evening will begin with a brief update from Mayor Thomson, followed by a discussion focused on city initiatives and neighborhood priorities.
Participants will be able to submit questions during the virtual session, which City leadership will address as time allows.
The event is free and open to the public. Community members may join virtually using the Zoom information below:
