"As summer starts to wrap up and vacations are over, this can be a great time to add a pet to the family," said Laurie Ringquist, City Animal Shelter Director. "There are dogs and cats of all ages and sizes who are ready to bring fun and companionship to your home."

Special adoption rates during the Adopt-a-Thon are $40 for all dogs and puppies and $30 for all cats and kittens.
