City announces Christmas tree collection schedule

Bloomington, IN - The City of Bloomington announced today its Christmas tree pickup schedule for the holiday season. The program will begin Monday, Dec. 27, 2010 and run through Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011. The trees will be picked up on your regularly scheduled trash day for no additional charge. Artificial trees will not be collected. All decorations, including tinsel, must be removed prior to pickup.
