City of Bloomington's BEAD Announces Event Banner Program

Bloomington, IN - The City of Bloomington Entertainment and Arts District (BEAD) announces an initiative to make space available on street poles to promote events and attractions that have an impact on tourism in Bloomington.

Event banner placement will be available on a first-come, first-served basis through an application process, and space will be available on up to 11 designated poles downtown. Banners must be produced, installed and removed by a professional sign company, and applicants will be responsible for all associated costs.
