City of Bloomington W. 3rd Street Surplus Properties Now Available for Sale

Bloomington, Ind. - The City of Bloomington is currently offering two surplus properties for sale. The unimproved adjacent parcels located at 1910 and 1914 W. 3rd Street were once utilized for road construction purposes. Since that construction has been completed, they are no longer needed by the City and are surplus real estate.

Each individual parcel is available for bid through 4:00 p.m. local time on June 9, 2017. The minimum bid amount for each parcel shall be $148,086. Bids should be placed online at W.3rdStreetbids@bloomington.in.gov and are open to public inspection. Specific parcel information, the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders and the Bid Form can all be obtained from www.bloomington.in.gov/surplus-real-property. These properties are zoned as Commercial Arterial (CA) and shall be sold "as-is", "where-is" and "with all faults" and subject to all rights of way and existing easements of record.
