About Planted

We’re a plant-based food truck and catering company offering high-quality food with zero single-use plastic & a focus on local and seasonal. We make almost everything from scratch and pay close attention to sourcing (for example, our plant-based ice cream is made primarily with organic ingredients). We offer, for example, lots of open-faced sandwiches, kabobs, soups, tacos, and nachos.

Products

Our menu changes with the seasons and the whims of our chefs, but some of our standards are:
Flats: layered open-faced sandwiches that start on local Muddy Fork bread
Toasties: similar to flats but lighter fare
Kabobs: always our home-made seitan marinated in our home-made jerk sauce with alternating veggies
Soups: available typically on colder days
Sides: varies
Plant-based ice cream and sundaes: flavors vary but some of our standards are vanilla, Mexican hot chocolate, ginger and chai
Kombucha from Elixir (works especially nicely as the base for a kombucha float!)"
