Dear residents,

We wanted to provide you with an update on tree debris pickup in our community.

Our storm-specific UReport submission link is currently closed due to a high volume of addresses and duplicate submissions. If you've already submitted a request and your debris has yet to be picked up, rest assured it's in our processing queue.

Our crews are implementing a neighborhood-based approach, focusing on manageable debris piles that have been placed roadside for efficient removal. Please note, we are not undertaking large-scale removal projects, such as cutting up trees on private properties adjacent or near the right of way.

To accommodate increased demand, we will deploy two additional City crews working overtime this weekend. Additionally, the public drop-off site at Lower Cascades Park will remain open Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. This is an excellent option if you prefer to bring your debris directly to us. The drop-off location is at 3601 N. Old State Road 37.

Please be aware that if debris is not already at the curb, we cannot guarantee pickup at this time.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to manage and address the current volume of requests.
