Director of Housing and Neighborhood Development Doris Sims to Host Farmers’ Market Saturday
Bloomington, Ind. - The public is invited to join Housing and Neighborhood Development (HAND) Director Doris Sims as she hosts “Mayor at the Market” Saturday. Sims will be available June 3 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in front of City Hall, 401 N. Morton Street, to meet and discuss affordable housing and current neighborhood development projects. Various neighborhood leaders will join Sims at the event as part of the Blooming Neighborhood Celebration scheduled at the same time in the atrium of City Hall.
The weekly "Mayor at the Market" series gives residents and visitors the opportunity to chat with the mayor or city department heads in an informal setting about any issues of interest.
