Bloomington Youth Basketball Season 3, and Bloomington Youth Basketball Middle School, scheduled to begin Jan. 11, have been cancelled.

The Twin Lakes Recreation Center and COVID-19

The Twin Lakes Recreation Center is open to current, active members ONLY until further notice, to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in the community.

The use of a face mask is required for all members while entering and exiting the facility, and while not engaged in vigorous physical activity. Members have access to the third floor weight room and track, and the cardio studio ONLY. All hardwood courts and the indoor turf field are closed.

The Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department has put safety measures in place to slow the spread of COVID-19. However, we cannot guarantee you or members of your family will not contract an illness. By participating in activities at or entering Twin Lakes Recreation Center, you voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection, and resulting illness or death.

Please do your part!

  • If you are sick, or have any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.
  • Practice physical distancing by staying at least 6 feet away from others.
  • The use of face masks is required.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly and often; cough or sneeze into your elbow; avoid touching your face.
