In order to block the flow of traffic on a sidewalk or city street a Parade Permit must be obtained.Â
Please fill out the form and return it by:
1. Mailing it to the  Bloomington Police Department, 220 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401
2. Faxing it to the Bloomington Police Department, (812) 349-3353
3. Dropping it off in person to the above listed mailing address.
