A variety of drop-in fitness programs hosted by some of Bloomington’s favorite instructors take place in the pavilion at Switchyard Park! No pre-registration required; just show up and pay $10 per person with cash or credit card.

A 10-class Punch Pass, good for participation in any 10 indoor or outdoor Fitness in the Park classes at Switchyard Park in 2025, is available for $90. All punch passes will expire Dec. 31, 2025.

Tai Chi
A moving meditation in the form of a series of gentle exercises to create harmony and cultivate our inner life energy (qi) to flow smoothly and powerfully through the body.
Mondays, 2/3 - 3/10 · 7-8 p.m.

Pilates
A practice in controlled movements that help improve strength, flexibility, balance, and posture. Pilates is inspired by yoga, ballet, and calisthenics.
